HOT CLASSES IN SOUTH SAN JOSE, CA

Each class is designed for beginners. That means we use mostly basic exercises in all the classes. Each class starts with a warm up series to progressively warm up the body systematically and a cool down series to help you relax when it is done. The rooms are heated and humidified so you can move better, sweat, and achieve cardiovascular benefits.

Hot Yoga 26 & 2

 The Hot Yoga (Bikram) class is a 60 or 90 minute beginner's yoga studio class that includes 26 asanas (postures) and two pranayamas (breathing exercises). The room is heated to 103 degrees and 40% humidity. The benefits of practicing hot yoga regularly are almost too numerous to list here. This is the class that started it all. The heat allows the body to move better. The poses are designed to work together to promote a healthy spine and massage the internal organs. You will improve your balance and flexibility. You will find that your ability to focus will increase over time.
